Although a born and bred local, he built the foundations of his career in Sydney, where after obtaining his real estate, stock & station and business agents licence, he successfully led four of his own agencies in a partnership from 1977 to 1986.

After relocating back to the Port Macquarie-Hastings region, Kevin opened his own office in Wauchope in 1986 and has practiced in the area for the last 33 years.
